What do the different conditions of the products sold correspond to?

Brand new with label
As received, the labels are still attached and/or the item is in its original packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.

Brand new without label
The item is new, but does not have the original labels or packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.

Very good condition
Used or worn a few times, but is impeccable, it may have a few small imperfections, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the listing.

Good condition
Used or worn many times, may show signs of wear, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the listing.

Used or worn many times, has defects clearly visible in the photos and mentioned in the description.

Where do the items on sale come from?

Individuals, most of whom bought the new product on the brand's website, wanted to put their product up for sale to clear out their cupboards, buy new products... and make people happy!

Some items come directly from the Wolf & Rita brand (prototypes, exhibition models, etc.).

Is the price of products negotiable?

The price of items is non-negotiable and is set directly by the seller, to whom we suggest a fair price.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by bank card (Visa & Mastercard), Apple Pay & Paypal.

Can I return the product if it doesn't suit me (size, colour, etc.)?

Your product does not conform: we will refund you and generate your return label within 24 hours.
Your product does not suit you:

- Items purchased from a private seller are neither refundable nor exchangeable. We do, however, offer you the opportunity to re-sell your purchase, without commission.
- Items purchased from Wolf & Rita are eligible for return.

How can I be sure that I'll receive my item?

The vast majority of orders reach their destination without a hitch!

If you should encounter a problem (shipping, delivery, etc.), please write to us. Once the problem has been identified, you will be reimbursed directly into your bank account.

How can I be sure that the product I receive conforms to its description?

Once you have received your order, you have 72 hours to report any problems (non-compliant item, counterfeit, etc.).

Our teams will analyse your request as quickly as possible and, if necessary, refund your order in full.

How long does the seller have to dispatch my order?

The seller has 5 days to dispatch your order!

We ship to France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal and Italy

We offer home delivery and relay point delivery (where available).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs between €3.99 and €9.99 depending on the seller's country, destination and delivery method chosen.

The exact amount is calculated at the checkout stage!

How do I track my order?

3. You're supporting the brand ... and it's doing you a favour!
You encourage Wolf & Rita to offer second-hand products and thus control the entire product life cycle.

How much can I get for selling an item?

When you make a sale on the platform, you get a voucher for 120% of the value of the sale (e.g. €60 voucher for a €50 sale).

You can also get a transfer of 85% of the value of the sale.

How do I sell my items?

How long is the voucher valid for?

The voucher is valid for 12 months on the Wolf & Rita new items shop.

I won't be able to dispatch my items for a while (holidays, etc.). What should I do?

This is an excellent question, and one that will help you avoid lowering your order cancellation rate!

Don't forget to put them back online when you return!
